「Hotel is well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the relaxing environment and wide variety of food choices. Swimming pools and private beach at the hotel is a plus. Definitely worth going to the spa restaurant koral in the hotel. Will stay in kempinski again next time when I visit Bali. 」

「真的是間十分好的Villa, 每位員工都十分熱情, 每間房間也有獨立泳池, 而且服務質素一流! 就算遇到任何問題, 職員們都十分努力去幫忙解決! 曾因為一些包車的問題而需要致電到當地包車公司, 而職員們替我們打了好幾個電話去幫助我們溝通, 真的很好的服務! 另外也有SPA的服務, 也很出色, 令人舒暢無比! 早餐及下午茶也很豐富, 而且味道也很好! Villa距離沙灘大約十分鐘路程, 更加有日出早餐團, 真的很值得推薦! 總括而言, 這間Villa給我的印象是物超所值! 」

「The hotel is really nice of the environment and the service. The therapist of SPA were very good, we did enjoy the massage very much. However although we made a reservation for the restaurant, it seemed the staffs didn’t realize we visited it and send a mail to us on the next day for missing our arrival. The shower in the room was really weak, it didn’t come out any water during the mid night which was bit terrible.」

「For sure it was the best resort experience of mine. We stayed in the pool suite, the room was pretty big, private pool was awesome to have floating breakfast and use after public pool closed, and the view was fantastic that when we woke up we could see the ocean right away in bed. The public pool and beach were also inviting, where we spent lots of time enjoying. Food and beverage in the resort were nice, so we literally ate and drank all the time there. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Will visit here again for sure!!! Loved it.
