I HATE staying in hotels and it takes a lot for me to not think the room is "disgusting' or "gross" and The Oceaneer was none of these things. The room and bathroom were spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Beach House
The room we were in had a nice kingsize bed, dresser, microwave and refrigerator. No table, no chair, no where to sit except the bed.
