「Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—lacson street. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. 「This is a reasonable hotel. lobby good but room has to be maintained to a better condition. hot water, towels are good but carpet has to be replaced. swimming pool is the best among all. breakfast o.k. staff are warm and nice. in bacolod, this is one of the choices.」

「The eoom was really good. I always say there is room for improvement. The shower was full of calk but warm. Some of the shower head hole is blocked. No kettle and cups so dinky. I have seen ants and at one point the airconditioning was leaking. Toilet is functional but needs deep clean. And it could have been super. Very friendly Staff. 」
