"Must be going through remodel. Tried calling night before for early check in, employee stated that wouldn’t know until an hour prior to check in. Ended up getting there an hour after check in and still had to wait on a room, which ended up being switched to a different room located by pool where you heard everything from poolside and door didn’t close totally b it did lock. Ordered room service but had to call multiple times until they just told me what was available for order. But when I received food it was good, presentation was great. Would I stay there again, no. "

"The place itself is nice. But the food is disappointing. Not only is it expensive, it doesn’t taste good. The pasta we ordered on the first night at Kilimanjaro cafe was not thoroughly cooked. You can taste and see the hard shell. The staff are amazing."
