「Perfect stay for a solo traveller. The gentlemen behind reception were very accommodating. Room was substantial and clean. The breakfast was adequate, unfortunately there wasn’t anything I really liked so skipped it most mornings and ate elsewhere. My bathroom did flood one evening. Resulting in the night porter having to bring towels and a mop up to my room at midnight but was resolved efficiently. There was slight language barriers which made it had to communicate and resulted into speaking...

「Except for the view and location nothing is worth the price, single beds are joined to make king beds on uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, soundproofing is a misleading point because you can clearly hear all conversations from the surrounding rooms. Breakfast is good, staff is respectful and welcoming. Everything else you might as well pay a $100 more for a better stay elsewhere. Location was great if you want to see the white city, grab food or walk to the sea.」

「The staff did not understand English at all, which made communication very difficult. They were unable to speak or properly understand English, making it challenging to ask questions or request assistance. Better communication skills and basic English training for the staff would greatly improve the guest experience. At Reception Girl took 2 Hours to find our reservations which was already paid and if you give them extra money they will give you room straightway feels like they purposely doing...

「The small suite we had was spacious enough. There were shops, clubs, restaurants and otherwise at a close distance. This did make for some noise at night. But, it didn’t bother me. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was really nice. The bathroom seemed brand new, maybe less than a year since it was renovated. The staff was kind and helpful. The spa is not in the building but it is directly across the street, maybe 30 second walk. You can clearly see it from the door. The doorman will walk you...
