"We stayed for 2 nights, and although we have visited the temple complex last year, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here this time round.
It was very peaceful and relaxing, and being able to walk the complex at night was eerily beautiful.
Our room was a spacious,clean, and nice.
The bed was big and comfy, and the bathroom was big too.
Breakfast was plentiful, with eggs cooked to order.

"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. "This was an interesting place, the resort is quite remote, has 2 great pools, the gym is good, the room really comfortable and clean but there is almost no English speaking capability (not that this is usually required), the resort has no first aid kit, and payments other than cash become really problematic. Don’t both with the restaurant, you MUST have your own transport to visit here"

"I stayed with Dzung and his family for 4 night and I loved it. I felt so very welcome, breakfast was amazing, free use of a bike to go exploring by myself. A nice pool to take a plunge in after getting back from a day outside visiting the sights. I cannot recommend the beautiful place and people enough. Also, I really liked the location that was a bit away from the huzzle of Tam Coc area, while it still had good restaurants, and a good spa in the area. Thank you for a great vacation 🙂"

"The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. All together a decent stay and on a side note transportation will be required if you need to eat out. "

"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June.
Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat).
Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems.
Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available.
Restaurant - breakfast: small selection but tasty. Dinner: limited vegetarian selection but enough for a couple of days and all tasty.
Front of house team all very helpful and friendly.
They arranged a car with driver for us for the day and a half sightseeing - reasonably priced and saved having to wait for Grabs etc- and they also arranged a car to take us back to Hanoi airport at the end of our trip.
Would definitely stay there again."
"Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! "Nice spacious bungalow tucked away at the base of the escarpment.
Used the dip pool to cool off and whilst lying on the loungers we were treated to the sights and sounds of mountain goats and wild birds.
Breakfast is a varied assortment of soup, fried foods, sweet treats, fruits, juice and coffee.
All of the team are friendly, attentive and keen to assist with whatever you need.
Dragon mountain is walkable and Trang An biat station is a short bike ride."
