"A perfectly good stay at the palazzo murrano. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful.. the housekeeper even dropped us off at the station early on the morning of check out. The photos probably flatter the rooms a little, but on the whole a very nice hotel. Our room was on the same floor as reception, which was less than ideal, with noise and smoking penetrating the room from outside."

"The property is impeccably beautiful. The views are incredible every morning. You wake up to the rooster when the sun is rising, simply majestic I would definitely go back there again to use the pool. We didn’t get the opportunity to use my suggestion as you stay there for at least four days take the boat trip from Sorrento to Amalfi and Positano. That was suggested from the front desk and it was a great day."

"Hotel was old and tired and rooms are badly in need of updating. The rooms were supposed to be superior ones but the layout was very different from the images on the website so I don't think they were. Also there is a glass wall to the bathroom so if you get up to use it in the night you disturb anyone else in the room with the light. The restaurant food was not great. There were also some unexpected charges at the end of the stay that were not mentioned on check in. The pool and beach were lovely though."

The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and in a great central location, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The food was delicious, with great variety and excellent quality, and the service overall was outstanding.
