"Truly a hidden gem. The staff is very welcoming and tended to all our needs. The breakfast is nice. The rooms are cozy, bathroom very sleek and clean. The location is walking distance from the shoreline and the metro so exploring everything the coast had to offer was easy. I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel now that I’ve been to it."

Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! "Our room had a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Is was comfortable and clean with a single large mattress (there was an addition twin bed we did not need). Wifi was good. Maria Giovana was a wonderful host. She helped us with directions, coordinated our Vespa rental with delivery to the rental property, personally drove us to a nearby restaurant on our fiest night, and arranged a taxi trasfer to Naples International for our departure. We paid in cash (Euros) for aforementioned. High reccomended."
