Quirky with a local feel.

No one to let us in, another guest opened the lockbox. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was complete, shower was good. Breakfast was help yourself, bread, jams, yoghurts, orange juice, tea and coffee, but no milk! Kitchen was well equipped, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee makers, etc. Bedroom was quiet with blackout shutters and a small french television. The whole place was quirky, with a local feel. Expensive for what it was. Definitely not a Holiday Inn. Access via an external stairway.

The hotel was fully booked and yet my reservation with Expedia had gone through. The owner seemed surprised but I was forced to find another hotel. I will also have to spend time on getting refunded.

Voici une très belle adresse si vous désirez trouver une chambre très chaleureuse , décorée avec goût ; le petit déjeuner est autonome et bien pensé ; l'accueil est chaleureux : nous reviendrons avec plaisir PS : pas de gel douche ni shampooing , nous n'en avions pas prévu :(
