「We stayed at Baglioni Resort Sardinia for five nights and, unfortunately, left feeling disappointed. For a 5-star resort, we expected a much higher level of service. Our experience started at check-in. With temperatures above 30°C, we expected at least a welcome drink or some kind of refreshment. There were also several issues with our room. We requested a bed rail for our daughter on arrival but never received one. Drilling work had to be done in the room, and the fine dust was never properly...

「Beautiful property. We had a car so needed to drive to see other beaches , restaurants etc. Our room was clean but very outdated. You had to leave a deposit of 20 euros per beach towel. None of the beach towels matched, they looked as if they were left behind my guests at some point. We arrived around 1 after we landed in Olbia. We could not get a beach chair. The resort only had 10-12 on the beach. Absurd considering the number of guests! There are a decent number of lounge chairs by the pool...

「Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We...

Immersa nel verde con alberi e cespugli seguiti da un giardiniere che ne cura l'estetica e l'ordine. Presenti ombrelloni e sdraio molto comodi e immersi nel prato verde. 「Das Zimmer war sauber, leider etwas hellhörig. Das Restaurant war sehr gut, wir haben da jeden Tag gegessen. Die Nähe zum Meer ist auch sehr positiv. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist aber leider zum Parkplatz. Dabei ist der aber sehr praktisch und wir haben immer einen bekommen, auch wenn wir lange unterwegs waren.」
