「Nos hemos hospedado varias veces y por varios días en el hotel, y por lo regular estaba bien; sin embargo esta última semana dejó mucho que desear. 「It is worst hotel I lived, I lived there for two nights, the policemen came there for two nights to fix the problem. The room card didn’t work the second day so I and other customers who arrived at hotel after 10pm have to stay in the kitchen for the whole night because no reception after 10pm and nobody answered the call.」

「I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases.
