「The owner of the hotel was very, friendly, helpful and understanding. We were late to check in, until the next morning, due to adverse weather conditions that cause of the original ferry was cancelled.
The owner of the hotel was sincerely helping us by saving two rooms for us and allow us to have the late check out. So we can refresh ourselves and have few hours of good sleeping.
We really appreciate that.」
