「Staff is super friendly and flexible; it is a family owned and run business; they make you feel part of the family; town is super cute and one of the examples of "Fachwerk" houses I have seen in Germany. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center.」

「The hotel was great! Our room had a little balcony. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good size. The breakfast was fresh, with lots of options of meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, and the staff prepared eggs of choice. Parking was available, But very tight spaces. The restaurant attached, for supper, was only okay. Walking into the town was so easy and there were lots of great restaurants nearby. We drove into Heidelburg old town and visited the castle during the days and it was a lovely...

「When I stood before the same address, Pezzalottistr 5 in a neighbouring town ( my GPS mistake) and sent an email to the hotel, the person behind the desk reacted immediately, and guided me to the right place. Staff in general was very friendly. The garage is a plus, and the hotel is a pleasant walk away from the city center. 」

「Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl, wie zwei Prinzessinnen. Und das Abendessen in der Waldschänke war hervorragend. Das Personal war auch sehr nett. Zum Abschied wurden uns noch 2 Demeter Brote und Wasserflaschen für die Autofahrt überreicht.」

「Tolles Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Das Hotel bestückt mit Sammlerstücken aus dem PKW Bereich der Vergangenheit. Etwas für Nostalgiker. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück sehr gut, mit aufmerksamem Personal. Wir waren zum Auswärtsspiel der DEG hier. Wir kommen wieder. Grüsse.」

「Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer, alles war sauaber und ordentlich. Die Organisation klappte sehr gut. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die freundliche und persönliche Versorgung und Betreuung. Wir kommen gerne bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder.」
