It looks better than it is

The toilet was not clean and we could not get into the parking garage at 11pm because no one was available at the reception. The breakfast was ok but the staff was not friendly, especially the doorman on the night shift

Sehr alt! Preisleistung ist sehr schlecht!

Für die Sauna 6€ zusätzliche zu zahlen ist eine Frechheit. Habe es gemacht aber es lohnt nicht! Alles sehr alt! Die Hotel Leitung sollte sich mal als Gast anmelden. Kann sein das sie dann merkt wie der Zustand ist!

Es war in Ordnung, für alles muss man extra bezahlen, Garage, Sauna, Bademantel. Handtücher waren gratis. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber im ganzen ganz okay. Das essen war okay, das Steak war gut, die Pommes allerdings sehr kross. Der Kellner etwas unfreundlich. Kartenzahlung im Restaurant war möglich, wurde aber nicht gerne gemacht. Als Gast hat man dann ein seltsames Gefühl dabei, denn der Kellner lässt es einen Spüren. Wobei ich das Problem nicht verstanden habe.

Ruhig gelegen. Geräumige Zimmer. Günstiger Preis beim parken in der Tiefgarage. Dusche hatte noch ein Duschvorhang. Frühstück war nicht der Renner.

Hotel nicht zeitgemäß. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alter Teppichboden im Zimmer, fleckig, alte abgewohnte Möbel. Vorkasse beim Einchecken. Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgt erst auf die Bitte des Gastes an der Rezeption. Zu teuer für das Gebotene. Mitarbeiter freundlich, Sauberkeit im Bad, Frühstück sind ok. Insgesamt für Urlaub nicht empfehlenswert. Kein Restaurant im Hotel, keine Bar offen. Möglichkeiten hierzu im benachbarten Solebad.

Die Hotelzimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen- aber trotzdem top sauber, wie das gesamte Hotel auch. Besonders an heißen Tagen, wäre eine Klimatisierung oder zumindest ein Stanldlüfter wünschenswert. Während meines Aufenthalts war zwar Urlaubszeit, und das Hotelrestaurant war geschlossen, trotzdem bin ich während 2 Übernachtungen nur ein einziges Mal auf ein anderes Gästepaar getroffen. Die Frühstücksleistung war gut, das Personal nicht besonders an einem als Gast interessiert. DIe meisten der Mitarbeiter gingen ohne Gruß oder irgendeiner Art von Geste an einem vorbei. Hab ich in anderen Hotels schon wesentlich wertschätzender und freundlicher vorgefunden.

Geht so für eine Nacht, wenn günstig.

Langer, komplizierter Check in mit Sofortkasse, aber Rechnung erst am Folgetag. Abgestoßener 90er Jahre Kasten, in den seit dem nichts investiert wurde. Steril-trostlose Atmosphäre einer Reha-Klinik, die bald abgerissen wird. Frühstück mit Luft nach oben, Zimmer abgerockt, oberflächlich sauber. Lichtblick: freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das sind max. 2,5 statt 4 Sterne und damit 30-40% zu teuer.

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen. Hier aber schon um andere Interessenten vorzuwarnen. Ich bin seit Jahren berufsbedingt in vielen Hotels unterwegs. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen abgenutzten Bau aus den 80er. Dusche mit ekelhaftem Duschvorhang. Fliesen sehr unansehnlich. Duschen nur mit Badeschuhen. Schwarze Flecken zwischen den teilweisen defekten, mit Rissen und Löchern versehenen Kacheln. ACHTUNG: Hauseigene Sauna NUR gegen Aufpreis. Kein Hauseigener Swimmingpool. Ist ein öffentlich zugängliches Bad, bei dem der Gast des Hotels "vergünstigten" Eintritt erhält. Wenn ich in anderen Hotels, die so beworben werden wie dieses, buche, dann sind hauseigene Sauna und Pool, ohne Zusatzkosten, vorhanden. Ich hätte hier nie ein Zimmer gebucht wenn in der Anzeige "GEGEN AUFPREIS" vermerkt gewesen wäre. Tauchbecken in der Sauna auch nicht in Betrieb und vom Gesamtbild her eher schmuddelig. Eine Bar ist Abends auch nicht vorhanden.

Bedauerlicherweise musste trotz Avision, dass ab 15 Uhr das gebuchte Zimmer beziehbar ist, dieses erst fast 2 1/2 Stunden später tatsächlich beziehbar war. Für eine stark behinderte Person ein sehr negatives Ereignis. Trotzdem haben wir die Argumentation der Leitung --> Personalmangel akzeptiert und die Zeit konnte unter Mithilfe des Hotels gut überbrückt werden.

Outdated hotel

Uddateret hotel med tanke på det gamle Østtyskland. Man fornemmer ikke, at der er sket noget med hotellet siden det blev bygget i senfirserne. Service ikke prangende, men udmærket morgenbord. 4 stjerner er vist mest i brochuren. De var formentlig passende for 35 år siden, men Verden har rykket sig siden - i modsætning til hotellet.

El hotel está muy comodo y espacioso, buena limpieza y condición de la habitación y del hotel. El lugar donde está el hotel es muy bonito, se puede caminar muy seguro, está cerca de una villa muy hermosa con bares y restaurantes finos
