Old Best Western with great breakfast

Friendly staff, great breakfast. The hotel was fine, but a bit ran down considering the price tag. The parking at the hotel is not included in the room price and costs 5 EUR / day. There's free parking on the street, but you will have to walk a couple of blocks.

Praktisk beliggende, god service og fin tilstand

Ældre hotel, som er renoveret til en megen fin standard. Fint, stort værelse men ingen aircondition, hvilket kan være et stort minus på nogle tider af året. Der restaurant på hotellet, men da vi ankom, var den optaget et fødselsdagsselskab. Vi blot tilbudt at kunne serveret et måltid i en lille dagligstue lige ved receptionen, hvilket var en fin service. Glimrende morgenbuffet med de forventede tyske produkter. God beliggenhed ikke så langt fra motorvejen, så har man brug for et enkelt stop til overnatning, så kan hotellet bestemt anbefales.

Bra boende för en ensam säljare. Utmärkt service. Just när jag var där var inte restaurangen öppen, men där fanns bra inom fem minuter promenadavstånd.

Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof Bad Nauheim bis zum Hotel zieht sich wirklich lange hin. Das bedeutet auch, dass das Hotel eigentlich sehr außerhalb vom Innenstadtzentrum liegt. Um so mehr hatte ich mich deshalb abends auf das Restaurant gefreut. Leider hatte das bei meinem Aufenthalt immer zu. Im Hotel selber geht es sehr ruhig zu. Mein Zimmer hat mich total positiv überrascht. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, TV, großes Bett und ein super sauberes Bad. Hier mal ein dickes Lob an die netten Damen vom Reinigungspersonal. Mein Zimmer wurde täglich sauber gemacht. Leider war dann am Sonntag den ganzen Tag über das warme Wasser weg. Da hätte man auch mal eine Info an der Rezeption aufstellen können. Ich habe ja für vieles Verständnis. Aber ich zahle für ein 4 Sterne Hotel und 3 Übernachtungen und davon muss ich mir einen ganzen Tag, nämlich den Sonntag, mit dem Wasserkocher das Wasser heiss machen, um mich etwas sauber zu machen. Hier wäre auch bei der Abreise ein kleines Entgegenkommen vom Hotel erfreulich gewesen, als Entschädigung. Das Frühstück hat leider 3 Tage immer das Gleiche geboten. Etwas Abwechslung wäre da nicht schlecht gewesen, auch wenn es nur kleine Abweichungen wären. Besonders tricky waren die Croissants, denn die normalen Croissants waren nie oben und unten nur die Schoko-Croissants, wie auf der Beschilderung hingewiesen wurde. Am Wochenende wurde jedenfalls auch mehr aufs Auffüllen beim Frühstück geachtet, als am Montag.
