「The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center. It is a beautiful walk, and there are cafes along the way that you could stop by for a coffee. There are plenty of taxis too. 20 to 25 minute walk, 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is well worth...

「This hotel was BEAUTIFUL! Check in is a bit odd, because there is no front desk; you check in with the waitstaff of the hotel restaurant. But they send you a helpful text with your door code and instructions, so it was easy. The room was beautiful, the balcony was a fantastic bonus. The location is very convenient. I wish I could have stayed longer!」

「This is adults only hotel spa. The suite was as good as it gets. Parking was free and plentiful. This is important as you pretty much have to have a car. Stunning surroundings. If you really must have the whole nine yards, Fruške Terme Movenpack is a sister hotel which you can use. Breakfast was a great buffet. I would not eat every meal in the hotel. Luckily, there are several small local restaurants near by. Or, you may choose to use the kitchenet. I fully recommend it.」

「Eine schöne grüne Anlage mit netten Bungalows, sehr weitläufig. Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt, aber sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist eine klasse für sich, bei genügend Gästen als Buffet und sonst a la carte in der Alaska Terrasse. Wir hatten beides, wobei bei Sonnenschein am Morgen die Alaska Terrasse unsere erste Wahl war. Das Restaurant ist auch Abends sehr empfehlenswert, insbesondere die Fischplatte. Wir hatten 5 entspannte Tage in der Anlage.」
