"We were in room 529 and the thermostat wasn’t working. We were too tired to complain to the front desk The area south of hotel was very nice and many places to eat in the area All of downtown Omaha is one big construction zone"

"The room was large and clean, very comfortable. The outside of the building was marked well as Holiday Inn, but it was extremely confusing where the entrance was and where one should park. Also, if you dug in, it did state there was self parking but it was somewhat hidden that there was a cost for the parking. Also, I didn't notice until after that we could have requested a shuttle to a nearby venue, it would have been nice if that was advertised a little better too."

"Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff is great. The lobby area, elevators and breakfast/ dinning are not very clean and has an obvious odor of older building sewage. Also the dinning and breakfast area are extremely warm. Housekeeping only attends to rooms every other day not determined by your check in or out days."

"Amazing hotel! Our room air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived. The staff moved us to a different room and gave us breakfast for free the next morning. During our stay, the staff was great. I would stay there again!"
