"Lovely welcome from the staff, very comfy bed, good shower (we didn't have hot water to begin with but the issue was sorted in about 15 mins) good bar meal and the happy hour cocktails were amazing! Good location between Hammersmith and Barons Court tube station, for getting into central London or Heathrow."

"This hotel was excellent in many ways; the only issue was around dinner time at the restaurant, as they were not picking up the phones for room service. I was forced to come out of the room and go down to the restaurant to inquire about dinner. Things didn't seem too organized inside the restaurant either; a lot people waiting and only one person taking care of business at the main entrance. Other than that, everything else was fine."

"My 1st room had plumbing/smell issues but the staff was great at moving me to another immediately. Service at the Chet’s restaurant wasn’t the greatest. Close to cute shops, the underground and The Hawks Nest, which has great pizza & wine. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would book again."
