「Let me start by saying we stayed here for a couple days because it was recommended by someone. After actually staying here, below are all the issues we had with and reasons why we will never stay here again: 1. Terrible food - we did all inclusive and never ate here after the first night. Very limited selection, potatoes were rubbery and unable to chew. 2. Staff - overall nice but not what would whoever in Mexico. Didn’t really ask about our stay when we checked out and have seen way...

「La habitación está muy limpia, el personal es muy amable, en general está bien ubicado. El único inconveniente que vi, es que las teles no son Smar TV 」

「Muy burnas ubicación para estar en la zona del centro. Las instalaciones se ven un poco deterioradas... pero por el precio se entiende que no sea de lujo como lo fué. El estacionamiento se llena si regresas al hotel despues de las 8 pm.. a mi me toco dejarlo fuera xq ya no encontre lugar. El gym de plano ni lo deberian de poner porque de plano esta todo sucio y oxidado y no creo que funcione esos aparatos. 」

「Clean and beautiful hotel in central Merida, right by the main plaza and the market. It is in an old building but the staff do a great job of maintaining it and it has a lot of charm. I appreciated the consistent hot water and that the area is quiet even though it is near the main square. I would stay here again. It could only be better if it had a pool and/or jacuzzi. 」
