This is a well located hotel with friendly staff. Good for medical visits and holidays to the Merida area. It is close to a very good mall too. It's a traditional hotel with Concierge / Porters who help carry your bags and reserve parking spots for you in the hotel car park. At weekends the hotel's two restaurants are full so sometimes parking is a challenge without their assistance, but at other times is readily available.

Very far from anything except a hospital. I suppose it’s fine if you are going for outpatient surgery but there is nothing to see in the area. The pool only has 4 chairs and the food and drink prices are absurd even for Merida

Located in the north, near malls, shops and other points of interest. Clean and calm neighborhood, friendly staff and affordable. We didnt spend much time in the hotel but found it worth the price. Their parking is shared with local shops but we never had an issue finding a spot. I would stay there again.
