"I think this property will be great once they have everything in place. When my group checked in, the wardrobe was not installed so there was no place to hang jackets, the was not air conditioning in the room requiring us to have to open the windows which invites the noise from the downtown traffic in. The entry way smell like cat urine. The breakfast was great when it was fresh, but without heat under the pans the food became cold and rubbery by the end of breakfast. Maybe 11am is too late to offer breakfast?"

"Everything was clean and well maintained, and the entire experience felt easy and smooth from start to finish. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location was great and made getting around very convenient. Room service food was also really good. Overall, this was my favorite hotel during our Egypt trip and I would definitely stay here again."

The Sheraton Club lounge on the 26th floor of the South Tower was a treat and an essential retreat each day from our trips out into Cairo. The food was excellent, the service discrete and attentive and the views over Cairo to the pyramids to the east and south were memorable. Thank you everyone at the Sheraton"

"We have loved Kempinski hotel in our previous stays elsewhere in the world. This hotel feels relatively a little old and did not give that luxury feel. The afternoon tea was expansive, took a long time to prepare and somewhat stall food. The staff were very nice. Other services were good. "

"Our stay at Nile Suites Plaza Apartments was fantastic. Amr and Mustafa were both very helpful especially Amr. Housekeeping was done to a good standard and whenever we asked. "

"Great location where you feel safety and good restaurants , backery shops, vodaphone shop, ATMs are in walking distance. Hostel has Super clean rooms, comfy beds, good hot and cold water in showers, spacious common areas & balcony. Shared kitchen. Good healthy Breakfast is also availabile at super cheap price. Certainly recommend to all future guests."
