"Hopeless to speak with the staff, someone must be able to speak at least some english. Air port pick-up did not work, the staff did not check up if the flight was delayed (wich it was!) and left without us! After 45 min the driver came back and picked us up! Bad service! and promises more than is true The pool bar was not in work, the web side is not correkt and promises more than is true. "

"Salinda is a beautiful, private location. It’s like being on an island by yourself. The view of the beach and pool are spectacular and the gardens are lush. Everything is integrated with nature and it is healing and recuperative and a great way to unwind after the rush, rush of traveling through Japan and mainland Vietnam. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was great too (though we only ate the breakfast in-site—we ate at local restaurants for dinner (I highly recommend the Lobster Cave, near the night market.). Salinda staff cleaned our rooms every day without being asked; towels and umbrellas are provided depending on your needs and everything is provided with loving care. I truly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Salinda and will definitely try to come back. The only negative: it doesn’t appear that the hotels and bars in Vietnam don’t really understand how to make international cocktails. (Like pina coladas (not blended) for my daughter, or cosmopolitans for me.). But it’s a minor complaint. Everything else was top notch."
