「We went to Kansas City for WC game. When we arrived at the hotel, around 11:00am, it was very kind of them to let us check in right away, instead of waiting at 4pm. The staff is very nice and helpful, like a local tour guide, gave us ideas how to get to stadium by bus. The hotel is very clean. 「The A/C worked well and was quiet. The beds are very uncomfortable. Our toilet lever didn't work. We unpacked and pulled out the couch bed, got all situated before we discovered the toilet. Since it was a Sunday, there was no maintenance available to fix it. The only remedy was to change rooms, which they offered. But, with 3 small kids and already all unpacked and one kid was asleep on the bed, we stayed. Had to take off the top of the back of the stool and put out hand in the water to manually...
