「Great service rooms and location」

「Very clean room but very basic. It did the trick but the walls were paper thin and you could hear everyone walking in the hallway at all time of day. Great location.」

「This was excellent except for one huge annoyance at the beginning. My lock didn't work, wouldn't stay locked. I had checked in after hours, and they said they would be there in 10 minutes to fix it, but it was actually 30. The next day they lied about why the lock had been broken. Other than that the stay was excellent, and I would stay there again, but that was an irritating way to start」

「No air conditioning, just a small fan on the ceiling which doesn't work unless the light is on. No double bed. Mattress quite uncomfortable. Toilet and room spotlessly clean, and the owner was very kind. The location is perfect to visit the main spots close by the beach」

「I'll start with the good. Pension Iturrizza is in a superb location in San Sebastian's Old Town. It's on a quiet side street near a church, very close to excellent dining (which is everywhere) and steps from the dock, beach and aquarium. It's hard to imagine finding something so convenient for what is a very good price. If all you want is a place to drop your bags and have a place to sleep, go for it. You probably won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give more than three stars for two...
