「Buen recibimiento, con todas las explicaciones necesarias. Habitación amplia, luminosa y muy bien conservada. Lugar tranquilo y relajante, donde descansar y dormir muy bien incluso un sábado por la noche. Sólo eché en falta una neverita en la habitación, por lo demás genial.」
"The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later.
The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."
"the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100. "
