「Its a contactless hotel meaming you get an entry code around an hour prior to arrival. We didn't get this and despite using contact details for the hotel we got no response. When we contacted hotels.com they managed to get us sorted and someone contacted us and apologised. I admit we got a free suite upgrade, however when we went to leave our room the keypad lock wouldn't stop the door from just opening so in theory anyone could walk in. We then called the dedicated number and maintenance did...

「Stayed to attend a wedding ,loved breakfast, though the sausages changes, dining area had good music it was vibes . There was mix up with the bedroom reservations at first was shown a double room instead of the suite i booked however this was rectified. loved the suite room 14 as it had privacy and good space . Just didn't like how the toilet flushes it’s awkward and main door doesn't shut properly have to double check as few occasion room left open thinking was shut, probably needs oil or...
