「Convenient hotel for BC village and ski lifts. Large rooms, nice breakfast and convenient boot room and lockers on site. Slightly older property but well maintained. Access to the park Hyatt spa, gym and outdoor hot tubs is real bonus - those amenities are excellent.」

「Another great stay with Pines Lodge, will visit again if we are in the area. Cozy room and lobby, and really enjoyed the water machine in the lobby as well as the coffee every morning in our hallway. Enjoyed the hot tub and heated boot racks as well! Only complaint is the ski out was completely icy and difficult to navigate in ski boots- it felt like an accident waiting to happen!」

「Staff were friendly but this hotel is in horrible condition. Holes in walls, broken lamps, broken furniture, a wall by the window that was not painted and covered in plaster. I think the staff meanwhile that they’re just not set up for success. The amount of renovation this hotel needs is probably just out of the means of what they will be able to do. If you stay here just plan on an untidy dirty hotel room, but they definitely do try and I didn’t see the cleaning lady working diligently to try...

「Parking with a truck and snowmobile trailer was horrible. I called the hotel in advance before booking and asked about parking. I was told they have bus and truck.trailer parking on site. This was NOT true! The lot is small and there were 10 abandoned cars also taking up spots making matters worse. If the person would have tols the truth I would never have stayed here! 「The price and location are good. But this property has an entire floor of rooms with no windows - or a window that opens to a literal brick wall with no light whatsoever!! When moved to a new room when our mini fridge did not work, we were moved to another room without a window. Tell customers that ahead of time!」
