「Front Desk Clerk Lori was amazing, extremely welcoming after a long day. Fabulous smile, recommended a great place to eat. As well as change my room assignment for my personal needs. She is a wonderful individual. We need more people like her in this world. Hotel was excellent, clean and remodeled beautifully. I will definitely be staying there again. 「I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me！！！」
