"The room was very noisy! Elevator noise on one side and street noise from cars and trucks from the windows. We could hear planes flying overhead. The window covering didn’t prevent light from coming in on both sides. Very cheap shades that got stuck every time we tried to close them. We were woken up in the morning by a fire alarm!! It went off and continued very loudly. We had to evacuate the building before we could get fully dressed. It was cold outside. We waited for 20 minutes until 3 NYC fire department trucks came and 10 firefighters rushed in and soon found out it was a false alarm. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It’s not soundproof and very rundown. It’s across the street from storage yard for trash trucks and snow removal equipment with mountains of debris and salt for snow melting!!"

"Room was small but clean. Staff was helpful. Average hotel breakfast. Very limited space to congregate as a group: 2 chairs in the small lobby area, and a small breakfast area open 6:30 to 9:30am. "

"Overall, the hotel is clean and in good condition. Checks many of the boxes. Breakfast started at 7am which was inconvenient and later than more other hotels, and the “fitness room” is two low quality pieces of cardio equipment. My largest concern though is the surrounding area. I would not recommend walking around at night."

"Great hotel at a reasonable price. Perfectly located near Prospect Park for the NYCRuns Brooklyn half marathon in late April. I would stay there again and would recommend others to consider it as well."

"Sheets were not super comfortable. Very thick so it made sleeping really hot!"

"Breakfast was fine, staff was excellent. No onsite Parking was the biggest issue for me. Luckily I found street parking each night of my stay"
