"The staff, especially Lucia, were excellent. There was a problem with the shower drain and a bedside lamp switch but the staff had them fixed immediately while we were on a tour for the day.."

"Fantastic hotel. The location and the views are superb! The staff was fantastic and the laundry service was quick and affordable. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. My only but is that the breakfast service seemed a bit chaotic/slow: there were not that many guests having breakfast at the same time but food kept running out on the buffet. Having said that, i would come back to this hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here."
"★★★★★ A refined stay defined by exceptional service
The hotel is ideally located just one block from the main street, offering immediate access to everything while maintaining a sense of calm and privacy that discerning travelers appreciate.
The room was elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed — a space designed for genuine rest. Breakfast was outstanding, featuring high-quality ingredients and impeccable execution, made even more memorable by César, whose coffee and warm professionalism elevate the entire morning experience.
What truly distinguishes this property is the service. Gabriela, the concierge, is exceptional — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in creating a seamless stay. This level of care is present throughout the hotel and clearly reflects the leadership behind it.
All of this is expertly led by the owner, Eugenia, whose dedication to excellence is evident in every detail. Here, true luxury is the ability to recognize a need, fix it immediately, and ensure that every aspect of a guest’s stay is truly perfect. That level of responsiveness and accountability defines the experience.
A hotel that understands that luxury is not just about location or design, but about people and service. I would return without hesitation and recommend it wholeheartedly."
"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pasadena Los Alamos. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet very convenient to the Main Street. The property is extremely well maintained and clean, and the staff was always courteous and accommodating. We also appreciated the large gathering areas in the lobby. "
"Desde antes de mi llegada se preocuparon de mi hora de llegada, si tenía las facilidades de movilización. Ely es súper amable, atenta, hospitalaria. Gracias por una experiencia tan bonita! "
