「I am writing to share our experience at the Stonehaven Hotel on October 24-25, 2026. Our son has stayed several times and always had a positive experience, which is why we booked the lake-view king room to celebrate our anniversary. The room and setting were pleasant, but the service fell short of the standards expected of a Relais & Châteaux property. Check-in was scheduled for 4pm, yet the room was not ready until 4:30–4:40pm. 「Hôtel très bien . Personnel très aimable et serviable. Chambre très grande avec foyer. Aurais besoin d un petit rafraîchissement. Pour le prix très acceptable」

「Room very nice. Quiet. 」

「We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.」

「Très confortable et déjeuner fabuleux.Très bien situé.」

「Bedsheet and Utensils are dirty.」

「Hôtel très propre. Infrastructures sauna et spa vieillissant et pas toujours fonctionnelles.」

「Arnaque réservation fausse image terrible fausse chambre fausse hotel」

「Incredible people and place to stay!」

「Idéal d’avoir une petite cuisine, mais c’est loin d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais pour le prix payé, c’est bien correct.」

「Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to St-Sauveur downtown and factory outlet malls; next to IGA grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The property is located right on a hiking, biking and skiing trail - the Aerobic Corridor. The hotel is set along a small river, surrounded by forest and lush landscape. Beautiful nature! Would definitely come back again.」
