「Coffee served as part of complimentary breakfast was weak and tasted watered down. Service was great thanks to Laurie. Views at breakfast were lovely and peaceful. Valet parking being a requirement is unabashedly unnecessary. This is the only hotel on the island has their own pedestrian walkway so why make it a requirement for people to use valet parking?」

「Overall the hotel was very nice, but the single issue of note was that the refrigerator in the room was broken, and it took three complaints to finally get a new refrigerator installed. The one in the room was broken and leaking refrigerant. Otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were wonderful.」

「Thought while the valet was good, quick and easy the price was high Our bathroom in room 730 the toilet ran and it had hot water in it and made bathroom a steam room if the door was closed we did tell the front desk about toilet and I believe she contacted maintenance 」

「The staff were nice and accommodating. There was a hair on one of the towels, however there were other towels we used. Overall, the staff was good. 」
