"This is THE hotel we stay at in Madrid when my wife and I visit Madrid. The hotel is centrally located at the end of La Gran Via and across Plaza de España. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, and of course La Puerta del Sol and La Plaza Mayor. "

"The check-in process was smooth and they helped us with getting a taxi to the airport for our very early flight when we left. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The only negative would be that at certain times of the day there may be long wait times for the elevators. "
