「Wenn ich 0 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun. Bitte erspart euch diese Unterkunft. Ich habe schon viele Unterkünfte gesehen, aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Eine Geisterbahn oder eine Nacht unter einer Brücke hätte auf uns vermutlich einen angenehmeren und vor allem vertrauenswürdigeren Eindruck gemacht. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten die Unterkunft für Donnerstag und Freitag gebucht, Check-out Samstag. Da wir erst Freitag gegen 7 Uhr morgens in Wien ankamen, hatten wir vorher...

「Beds were close together in my 4 bed dorm. Good that there're plenty of windows that could be opened. The lockers were big and sturdy. Ensuite bathroom was clean, shower was strong and hot. Tiny communal kitchen with 1 fridge, 2 induction stoves, 2 kettles, but clean stainless steel cookware, plates, cutleries. Not enough cups/bowls for hot liquid. 「8min walking from Graz rail station (better the exit to old town even though A&O is located in the opposite side) and 20min to old town. No kitchen and even no kettle and microwave. Reception lacks experience but has ok attitude. Room is clean with separate toilet and shower rooms. If the team becomes experienced and kitchen is equipped, it will become a super good place. 」
