「Clean room great breakfast. 」

「Our room was missing the remote. The guy at the front desk brought one up to our room quickly. This morning a woman from the kitchen brought out hot breakfast sausage to go with the cheese omelette. Good service! We like to sleep cool and the AC worked out well.」

「We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is in an amazing historical building with a unique story. The renovation was well done. We found the bed comfortable but the pillows were terrible. We traveled with friends who both had trouble with their toilets and showers but ours was good. The speakeasy was fun but the drink selection wasn't to our liking. How do you run out of amaretto on a saturday evening? The workout facility more than met our needs!」

「The room was absolutely disgusting and when we brought it to the manager's attention she refused a refund. There was wads of hair in the bathroom, the shower doors had water stains like they hadn't been wiped after the previous guest. There were streaks of something that had run down the back of t h e bathroom door and spots that appeared to be blood. The toilet wasnt secure, when sitting on it, it rocked away from the wall, and the plaster was peeling off the walls. The kitchen faucet was loose...
