「Easiest 5 stars I can give. When I fist stayed here in 1995 if was vastly different. It has improved so incredibly. We really enjoyed our room with great AC, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds (although a king bed would be nice! The swimming pool was clean and excellent. 「Host manager was very helpful and accommodating, and friendly. Met nice guests there. AC was great, Room was adequate, outside dining area was nice and good strong coffee. Area surrounding the hotel isn't the nicest neighborhood to walk around in, but close to airport and taxi service very quick and inexpensive.」

「The hotel rooms have only 1 electrical outlet, A/C does not work, staff is zero helpful, I asked them if they could provide me a fan since A/C was not working and they said no, so I went to walmart and bought 2 fans. 「It is a great economic option. The staff give tips and travel advice. I was able to see different parts of Nicaragua and then return to Managua. Go straight to the Nicaragua Guesthouse and use Indrive or a similar service to get there. It is an excellent place for solo travellers, couples, or small families.」
