「First of all, the front desk and the valet staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and excited to be there. And as soon as we got to the room we realized just how old the hotel itself must be. There's barely a flat surface, a plumb wall or floor in the building. 「Nice maintained property in a good area with lots of shops and food choices however it should be noted that many of these shops were closed as the area is undergoing major road construction and it doesn't look like it will be finished any time soon. I would check with the hotel before booking a room and ask if the construction is done. As of April 2026 it is a long way off from being finished.」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
