My room was extremely comfortable, the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful especially when I had to extend my stay for a day because my flight got cancelled. The bellman even made a special early to drive me to the airport in the shuttle. The location was also great - right on the Riverwalk. I was a very happy guest!!」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「. We didn't get up on time for breakfast but I'm sure that it was delicious. The rooms are cleaned. Staff is very friendly. The location is very close to shopping marts. I don't know about pets. But whatever the staff uses to get rid of pet odors works!! Because my allergies were not affected. We arrived Friday afternoon for check-in. Sometime during the night the bathroom sink got backup and the floor in front of the sink was wet. I contacted the front desk and they sent maintenance to take...
