The host and personnel is very helpful and friendly. The downside is, like many places in Sicily, the non-stop barking of dogs around the property, which can be irritating when trying to sleep...」

「Bij aankomst was er geen kamer vrij dus moesten ze eentje voor ons boeken. Expedia heeft de reservering niet aan hen doorgezet. Wel zijn we direct geholpen door de persoon aan de balie en zijn we goed geholpen. Hotel is prima locatie prachtig personeel vriendelijk.」

「A spacious hotel with extensive grounds and facilities. Being May and off peak it was not full and so had a relaxed vibe. It was easy to get seated in the restaurants and bar. Service good if slow and staff very friendly. We had a small issue as our booking wasnt transmitted properly from Expedia and so it was unclear to the hotel we had booked half board. A few suggestions for improvements would be that houskeeing were a bit random about changing towels/emptying bins etc. One day our shower...
