「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Everyone was really nice to my family. We were there only for one night, but Doris’s awesome hospitality made us sad we weren’t staying another day. She was great, and deserve a raise. Please let her know, we really appreciated her, and everyone there. Thank you for a great stay. 」

「We had a wonderful experience this weekend. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty and the gentleman working the bar was so nice and caring. The room and hotel was very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. 」
