「整體房間清潔，我們所選嘅係有廚房及洗衣設備嘅豪華套房，環境舒適，距離附近巴士站出市區都只係大約10分鐘步程，但唯獨是熱水供應有點問題，要開水一段長時間至有熱水供應沐浴，比較不便, 隨此之外其他整體住宿體驗不錯。」

「我入住兩個禮拜，從入住第一天，我就發現房內的洗碗機沒辦法關掉，一直發出機器的聲音，請櫃檯幫忙處理，但完全沒有處理。每天房內打掃也很不乾淨，廁所有異味，吸收台從我入住地衣天就有霉菌，兩個禮拜內沒有一天刷掉。也從來沒有打掃過房間的地板，非常明顯的灰塵和髒污。不符合他的品牌價值與形象，非常失望！」
