"I had to wait about an hour and a half after check in time because my room was not ready. When we did get our key cards they didn’t work. I thought housekeeping cleans the rooms daily which I found out our 2nd night that they don’t I had a pillow case that had a spot of blood on it the other had like a red cool aid stain. The door handle to get out the room was broken we had to adjust it a certain way to get out. I was not offered any credit or compensation for our wait but I was offered a complimentary snack while we waited for our room to be ready which felt insufficient given the length of the delay. "

"The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! "
