The most amazing views! We loved the tiny cottage vibe. Only suggestion would be to put a curtain on the room that opens onto the deck (it’s very bright in the mornings) and to dust the chandeliers as there were cobwebs on them. No Taxis would come down the driveway which was frustrating lugging baggage and escaping the rain.

Disappointing really

The Hut itself is somewhat tired and although you know its old and quirky we would find being there if the weather was wet & miserable pretty ugly! Plus the advertised "air conditioning" is 3 standing fans and 2 oil heaters. It also advertises coffee maker so we took [and brought back] some Nespresso capsules but the maker was a coffee pot for the electric plug-in desktop stove. As for the flat screen TV; its on the bedroom wall in the main building (not the outside bedroom) and needed rebooting and connecting to the WiFi before we could watch anything. Even then you needed a Netflix, etc, account to be able to watch the streaming channels, but then thats not what we went there for really... The bed and bedding was nice and you have all the utensils and cutlery, etc, you could need in the living/kitchen area. The outside seating area is great as it doubles as the oustide living room complete with subtle outside lights and the outside BBQ. Bottom line is as that this property is associated with/owned by Mudbrick our expectations were high so basically the views from the Hut save it really, as they are simply delightful; but overall its not quite what its portayed to be.....sadly We did of course eat at Mudbrick (as it was my wifes 70th birthday) and that was, as ever, delightful.

Our family (2 adults and a 6 year old) stayed here for three nights and it was great!!! It's small (it is a renovated world war 2 hut) but cute. The clear and beautiful view of the bay was amazing!

Beautifully presented cute wee cottage

A very quaint old cottage. Loved the spa bath and the deck was amazing with stunning views. As it’s an old cottage the bathroom and kitchen plus living space is not super comfortable. Beds were great, but everything very small and compact and probably best suited to a visit in summer. We loved the outdoor heater and lights and spent our evenings outside.
