"Our experience was spoilt by the check in process. The greeting from the checkin staff was what you would expect from the US immigration service. We are from Auckland and the stay was for a special occasion. The checkin set a poor tone and things stayed that way for the rest of the stay - there was nothing else that lifted that poor performance."
