"The rooms are fine, if relatively basic. Room service menu is very limited and does not offer a wide range of options. Pity too the Japanese restaurant has no menu any longer and is only a buffet offering. Staff are helpful (especially the front of house gentleman at the breakfast restaurant). However, there was one day the room was not serviced at all "
