The room is tiny , even smaller than a motel, you can barely open a 29inch suitcase in the room. And the first thing i notice whe i enter the room is a used tissue on the table. The fan in the bathroom won't close once opened unless continue running for 30min, and the hotel staff just call that "normal".

J'ai réservé seulement une nuit. Comme c'était neuf, prix raisonnable, petit mais qui me convient très bien, j'ai réservé 2 autres nuits. Ce qui, était correct. Par contre, n'ayant pas trouvé d'autres activités, j'ai réservé un autre séjour de 6 jours... J'ai demandé à être placé dans le haut pour avoir plus de lumière. Au contraire, il m'ont placé à l'étage le plus bas dans le coin sombre. 6 jours sans savoir s'il fait soleil ou nuageux, c'est ennuyant. Seul, je m'arrange pour économiser les serviettes et tenir ma chambre moi-même. Je place l'affiche "Ne pas déranger". En 3 jours, le personnel à tenté d'entrer dans la chambre 6 fois et ils ont réussi deux fois alors que j'avais oublié de barrer la porte et que j'étais à moitié nu. J'ai ajouté un message clair sur la porte de la chambre: "STOP! NE PAS DÉRANGER. SI BESOIN JE VAIS DEMANDER". Le lendemain, en mon absence ils sont entrés en retirant mon message. Ils n'ont pas bien fait le lit mais ils ont placé (un nouveau ?) drap sous le matelas, ce que je déteste. Il ont aussi pris une serviette sur le crochet et l'on placée pêle-mêle sur la barre sur les autres. Est-ce qu'ils s'en sont servit pour nettoyer quelque chose ou pour la remplacer? Ils n'ont pas ramassé le sac de poubelle devant la porte et n'ont pas vider l'autre poubelle pleine. Aucun poste standard sur la télé qui gèle toujours. Abonnement ou des vieux films ennuyants. Grosse lumière sur la télé dérange beaucoup la nuit. Cellulaire ne fonctionne pas!

Room was comfortable and warm, Staff was friendly and hospitable. If I make my way back to Auckland, Will highly consider staying here again. Only downside (and I know its not necessarily the fault of the hotel) was that it was noisy some nights due to the bars and clubs over the streets but overall, was a great place to stay! Highly recommend

This hotel is not recommended at all. Dark tiny rooms akin to a cell - and I was assured we had a deluxe room which we paid extra for. They charge an extra $100 bond to cover minibar etc use. There was nothing in the minibar! We also paid for the breakfast option - and they promptly charged us again for the breakfast. Not only unprofessional but untrustworthy. You can do much better elsewhere.

The hotel is sub-standard for most Americans. I knew that I was getting a small room. I didn’t mind that. Finding out that there wasn’t any air conditioning was a shock. The room was very hot when I got there. I had to turn off the heater and it was unbearable for hours. In the mornings and early afternoons I would just sweat a lot. They have a ventilation system where you’re supposed to keep the window open, but it isn’t good if it’s hot outside or the sun heats up the shades. WiFi is bad and their cybersecurity is bad. I ended up getting a virus on my laptop. I did get sun on my windows, but my view was a wall about 8 feet away. That’s it. There didn’t seem to be many customers. If you aren’t full, put them up higher. Or if they’re staying there for a while. The only good thing is the location to nightlife. Lastly, the worst part is that they try and hold $100 incidentals per night upon checking. I was there five nights and they wanted to hold around $330 American. When I wasn’t prepared to have that held. Be careful visiting here. I don’t know if it was a scam. I told them that I couldn’t and they never brought it up again. Even the agent that checked me in. I travel a lot and like to check out local TV a bit. They don’t have a decent TV deal. I couldn’t really see local broadcasts. Just some streaming service. They offer Netflix and others, but you have to use your account and that’s a security risk. Plus most companies don’t allow you to view outside of the country.
