「Endroit juste sublime ! bâtisse, jardin, piscine, vraiment ! tout est magnifique. Carresses au chien, au chat, plouf dans la piscine, balade dans l'immense jardin, chant des oiseaux, on s'y sent comme à la maison ! 「My dog was warmly welcomed and the staff was super helpful with suggestions on what to do in this gem of a town. I have never seen such a clean town. Not a paper on the ground. The hotel is extremely well located on a quiet side street. Will definitely go back. 」

「The hotel is charming and well furnished. It is in the middle of the beautiful town of Uzès so expect street noises especially if you have the window open. We were disturbed by a mosquito in the night but that’s not the fault of the hotel. There is no parking space, the car must be left in a public carpark.」

Unfortunately, the rooms suffer from water damage and ventilation challenges and have a musty smell. I hope that the property can address this issue in the future. However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo...
