「Good value hotel with great location for work down in Springfield. Nothing fancy but right by Capitol and Amtrak and easy to get to other downtown spots, friendly staff and good gym and breakfast included too. 」

「The room was 2 queens and wonderfully large. Everything was very clean even though some of our party thought the pillows were too soft. The staff was friendly and helpful and always smiling. Definitely a winner.」

「This is a no frills hotel. There is no microwave or fridge. We were just doing a night stop over while we were traveling. This was perfect for the price and met our needs. The bathtub needed washed out as there was residue in the tub but we weren’t taking a bath. 」

「Check in was a breeze..And the desk clerks were very friendly. We were on the ninth floor, pretty quiet with no disturbance. Room was very clean to our satisfied...Me and hubby had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We slept like babies ..the king size bed was so soft and plush..like sleeping on clouds ...Would stay again.」

「Checked in late, but was still greeted promptly. Miscommunication led to me missing breakfast. I'm not sure info misheard, or was given the wrong time. I thought it began at 9, but it actually ended at 9:30. Overall, not really an issue. The room was better than I expected. Came equipped with a decent kitchenette, which included a small coffee machine, mini fridge, microwave, a dish sink, cabinetry, and a fair bit of countertop space. 「My wife and I can’t speak highly enough of our stay. Incredibly clean, historical and did we mention there is a HUGE jacuzzi bathtub! Water pressure is amazing, breakfast was amazing and the all day coffee was awesome! We will be back sooner than later! 」
