「It’s good for a two day monsoon holiday. Need to develop a space where guests can lounge . Your business center is for corporate events A space to just chill rather than sitting in the room all the time . Some indoor games could be housed there like table tennis , carroms etc Otherwise all good . Should also have a licensed bar」

「Not as expected, as rooms were pretty hot even with AC turned on. of course with an area of 3BHk villa you can't expect 1 ton AC to cool the room」

「The place is nice but could be managed better. The furniture of the rooms needs to be refurbished. The indoor activities needs an upgrade too. The biggest issue is the stray dogs who unfortunately are not sterilized due to which they are extremely territorial and aggressive towards other dogs. As the property is a pet friendly resort, they need to ensure that the guests who come with their pets feel safe and and the stray population at the hotel does not attack the pets.」

「They had already given the Villa to someone else and I booked from hotels.com They did not consider my confirmed reservation and I was left with no reservation. No one was picking up the call, there were agents outside Villa which was so weird. The listing in the website is like a scam, do not reserve from hotels.com. I hv no idea what is going to happen to my money now. Worst experience ever.」

「Good food Very friendly courteous staff 」

「View from our room was wonderful」

「Fantastic experience.」

「Excellent experience」

「Safety measures are concern.」

「Everything was awesome but do not order anything from the hotel as it's very overpriced it charges double the price as well as the breakfast and dinner are very overpriced」

「It was nice resort but can be improved in certain areas. Might be back」

「The staff were not helpful at all, reception doesn't pick calls because the reported number on expedia was wrong. There are charges not included in Expedia and was asked to pay upfront despite showing the booking details. The premium rooms are smaller than the executive despite being higher in price for some reason. There’s no shuttle service provided or nothing closer to find by for commuting to railway or airport.」

「The staff are helpful. The food is excellent. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner had a good spread. They also arranged for transport to Imagicaa. The rooftop infinity pool is a good place to view the sunset. Minor quibble about only one roll of toilet paper provided for a family of four. But this was resolved quickly.」
