「I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......」

「非常值得推荐，位于卢塞恩湖边，老板夫妻二人都很热情，员工服务态度好，我们要去哪里，非常有耐心的讲解，并且把来去的车次都打印出来，早餐也很好吃。非要说缺点就是离卢塞恩有20公里左右。重点推荐。」

Our stay felt like being transported back in time! Dinner here was a culinary experience. The chef and staff were excellent and the meal was superb. And breakfast was awesome! It’s important to note that the food is also locally sourced and homemade, and delicious too! Only drawback was that the beds and pillows...

「拖著行李從engelberg車站到飯店，10min左右。 從飯店到附近一家coop超市不到5min。 有間自助餐廳，可惜只開午餐時間和下午茶點心。 double room有點小，房間乾淨簡單，早餐的選擇少。」
